My name is Dirk and I am working for two Hamburg, Germany based agencies as technical project lead and senior web developer. Qoopido is the name I use for all my personal projects and experiments as well as to showcase works done for any of the companies I work for.

As the internet is constantly changing and evolving so is my passion for its' technologies. I have been into the web professionally since early 1999 and never looked back to anything I did before. Albeit I do admit that it is much more fun nowadays than it used to be in the early days mainly due to cross-browser limitations.

What drives me today are all kinds of technologies that push the limits just a bit further, to create something fresh & new no one has seen before.
